As a result, we are currently unable to guarantee our usual same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00pm. To help us manage our operations effectively during this challenging period, we kindly request that orders be placed before 12:00 noon to ensure the best chance of same-day dispatch (Applies Monday to Friday), although this is not guaranteed. We also recommend allowing for an extended delivery timeframe of 2-3 working days to accommodate potential delays. While we are making every effort to minimise disruptions, we want to be transparent about the current challenges we are navigating.
