Newton Condensation Strip

Newton Condensation Strip forms an 8mm gap between the Newton Basedrain perimeter drainage channel and wall membrane so that if condensation should form, it will be collected by the Basedrain and not pool on the floor, damaging finishes.

Product Benefits:

  • Special stud pattern prevents interlocking of studs.

  • Quick and easy way to create a Condensation gap.

  • Resistant to water, alkalis, saline solutions & organic acids.
