Soudal Repair Express Cement is a high-speed, acrylic polymer-based, textured repair cement designed for quick and easy repair of joints and cracks in concrete.
Soudal Repair Express Cement is suitable for both internal and external applications, and can be applied by trowel or gun. Once dried, the cement is sandable, overpaintable, and non-shrinking.

This is a fantastic product, just used on a natural limestone building built with lime mortar. The product is a superb match as used between the timber painted windows and stonework with a clear silicone at the back. No mess on the frames, dries quickly and looks like lime mortar with no waste or hassle. Great company as product arrived the next day.

Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Prepare very porous surfaces with diluted 'Repair Express Cement' (1 part Repair Express Cement and 2 parts water).
Suitable for use on all common porous surfaces in construction, and renovation.
NOT suitable for use on bitumen, glass, metal, PE, PP or PTFE.
We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
Remove any loose parts before applying Soudal Repair Express Cement.
When using the 290ml Cartridges, apply the product by means of a Caulking Gun or a spatula. Finishing with a wet filling knife or Soudaglatt Smoothing Tool gives the smoothest result.
When using the 900ml Tubs, apply the product by means of a handheld Putty Knife or a spatula. Finishing with a wet filling knife or Soudaglatt Smoothing Tool gives the smoothest result.
For large(er) cracks, static joints or large screw holes apply the product preferably in two times.
Depending on the porosity of the substrate apply the second amount after approximately 30 minutes.
Depending on the amount of material applied the repair can be painted after a few hours
Uncured Cement Repair Express may be removed from skin and tools with water.
Cured filler must be removed mechanically.
Static Joints: Up to 5mm.
Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible.
