Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive is a High Quality, SMX Polymer Based Repair Adhesive which is Solvent-Free and remains Permanently Flexible after curing.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive is used for gluing and the repair of many common materials such as artificial leather, textile, metal, ABS, rubber cork, plastic etc...
It may also be used for bonding transparent materials such as glass, polycarbonate, Plexiglas and PMMA.

Gluing and Repair of many common materials such as Leather, Artificial Leather, Textile, Metal, ABS, Rubber, Cork, Felt, and many Hard and Soft Plastics.
Bonding of Transparent materials such as Glass, Polycarbonate, Plexiglas and PMMA.
Repair of Porcelain, Pottery and Gemstones etc.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive has a good adhesion to most substrates.
The surfaces should be degreased before bonding them together.
There is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous substrates. We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on any substrate.
Squeeze tube accordingly by Hand Pressure. No Applicator Gun required for use. Join the parts together and press for 60 to 120 minutes. Do not load the bonded parts for the first 90 minutes.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive may be overpainted with water based paints, however due to the large number of paints and varnishes available we strongly suggest a compatibility test before application. The drying time of alkyd resin based paints may increase.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive can be applied to a wide variety of substrates. Due to the fact that specific substrates such as plastics, like polycarbonate, etc, may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, we recommend preliminary compatibility test.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive can not be used as a glazing sealant.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive has a good UV resistance but can discolour under extreme conditions or after very long UV exposure.
Soudal Ultra Repair Adhesive cannot be used on porous materials such as natural stone because of the risk of staining.
Support may be required on a vertical fixing or for heavy components. If necessary support until adhesive is completely cured.
