Christmas Closure Dates Platinum Chemicals will be closed from Friday, 20th December 2024, at 1:00 pm, until Monday, 6th January 2025. During this time, our offices and warehouse will not be operational, and no orders will be processed or dispatched. Order Processing and Delivery Schedule To help you plan your orders, here is our final order and delivery schedule: Orders Placed BEFORE 12:00 Noon on 20th December: Orders received by 12:00 noon on Friday, 20th December, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Deliveries are expected to be attempted on Monday, 23rd December, or Tuesday, 24th December, subject to courier schedules. Orders Placed AFTER 12:00 Noon on 20th December: Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday, 20th December, will not be dispatched until Monday, 6th January 2025. Deliveries for these orders are expected to arrive on Tuesday 7th January, or Wednesday 8th January, depending on stock availability.
