We are currently experiencing major connectivity issues due to a widespread outage affecting DrayTek routers across the UK and globally. This ongoing technical fault is not specific to our systems and is beyond our control. The outage, which began over the weekend, is linked to a known firmware vulnerability in certain DrayTek router models, causing affected devices to enter reboot loops and very frequently lose connection intermittently. Unfortunately, our Broadband AND Telephone Systems rely on this equipment, meaning that incoming and outgoing calls may cut off without warning or fail to connect altogether. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our team is working hard to manage orders and enquiries as efficiently as possible, but please be aware that dispatches and responses may be delayed while we await a resolution. At this time, there is no clear update on when the issue will be fully resolved, as DrayTek and service providers continue to investigate and implement fixes.
